Hi, I’m Jessica, founder of Caboodle Solutions. I’m a builder by nature, a problem-solver by habit, and someone who genuinely loves helping small teams and creative folks make sense of their systems.

The name Caboodle comes from my childhood. I carried a bright plastic caboodle around everywhere I went. It held all my markers, glue sticks, safety scissors, embroidery thread, and glitter pens. Basically, everything I needed to make things, fix things, or dream up something new. That little toolbox never left my side. These days, the box may look different, but the idea remains the same: I arrive with the tools and skills to help you create something functional, beautiful, and entirely yours.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, building websites, designing workflows, and untangling the behind-the-scenes complexities that most people don’t have time to address. I started Caboodle Solutions because I saw a gap. Too many small teams were being stretched thin, patching systems together, and trying to operate without the right support.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fixes. I believe in thoughtful, human systems that serve you, your goals, your pace, and your people. Whether I’m designing a website, building an Airtable dashboard, or helping a team reimagine their work processes, I approach each project with care, curiosity, and a whole lot of nerdy joy.
