Lillis is a textile artist, art teacher, and community organizer preparing for a global artist residency. We created a scalable membership platform that supports her creative practice while she’s abroad. Built on Wix, the site includes a paid blog, a tiered postcard subscription, and automated systems that manage emails, tagging, payment, and member access. It’s designed to feel personal but run seamlessly in the background.

Cailleach Massage Therapy

Nancy is a licensed massage therapist with a deeply intuitive approach to bodywork. She needed more than just a website—she needed a digital presence that reflected the care and value she brings to her practice. We built a calming, easy-to-navigate site that guides potential clients through her services and helps them book with confidence. But our work didn’t stop there. We also collaborated on pricing strategy and customer flow, making sure the booking process felt smooth for both her and her clients. From backend systems to front-facing messaging, every element was designed to support her goals, communicate her worth, and create a more sustainable, aligned business.

Phase Performance App

Phase Performance wanted to improve the client experience by launching a branded mobile app through Zen Planner. I led the setup and integration process—from navigating app store requirements to ensuring a smooth user experience for both staff and members. This one-off project gave the gym a more professional, streamlined presence while reducing admin burden behind the scenes.

I partnered with The Dance Foundation to streamline their EveryAction CRM, consolidating outdated activist codes, standardizing tags, and improving data structure for clearer reporting and targeted communication. The goal was to create a system that reflects how their team actually works—making donor tracking, outreach, and internal coordination more intuitive and efficient.

TGP Architecture

Tyler is a high-end residential architect with a clear point of view. He didn’t want a cookie-cutter Instagram that looked like every other architecture firm—he wanted something that felt true to his personality and design sensibility. We developed a content strategy that separated his professional work from his personal account and brought his brand to life. From curated imagery and hand-drawn sketches to thoughtful captions and subtle humor, his feed now reflects the same attention to detail and individuality that defines his work.

Phase Gym Ongoing Support

As the gym grew, so did the gaps in customer communication. I came on board to help Phase Gym streamline its entire customer journey through Wix, from first inquiry to onboarding and ongoing engagement. We cleaned up contact forms, built automated responses, and created systems that helped them spend less time chasing messages and more time with clients. The work was foundational, so we transitioned into a retainer model to keep systems running smoothly and adapt as the business continues to grow.
